GOED Recognizes MyAdvice’s Growth

SLC GOED 1024x683 1

MyAdvice is thrilled to house a growing staff in our beautiful Park City offices. What’s more, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development recognized our company’s continuing expansion with the EDTIF award!

Our team consists of web developers, programmers, graphic designers, writers, and digital marketing specialists. And we’ll be creating up to 100 new jobs, approximately $17,571,355 in new state wages, within the next five years.

“We are pleased that MyAdvice has chosen to expand in Utah,” commented GOED Executive Director Val Hale. “They have been and will continue to be a valuable contributor to the growth of the state’s IT cluster and the increasing prominence of Utah’s Silicon Slopes.”

We’re proud to join some outstanding past recipients, including Goldman Sachs, Overstock.com, and Allstate. The award entails a tax credit via an Economic Development Tax Increment Finance (EDTIF) incentive over the course of five years.

“Summit County is a fantastic place to work, live, and raise a family,” said MyAdvice CEO Shawn Miele. “As an organization, we are excited to create year-round, high-paying jobs and lifetime career paths.”

He continued, “We thank the State of Utah and the Governor’s office for the help they are providing to us.”
